Established in 2005 the School is an RYA recognised teaching centre owned and operated by Paul & Vanessa McCabe. With a longstanding love of boating they want others to have access to their passion for boating.
As a specialist ‘Power’ training centre Mendez Marine concentrates on giving you the best tuition available on your boat or ours. Our mission is to make it fun, if you’re having fun and are smiling you always seem to remember more!
We operate all over Europe throughout the year specialising in Practical Power Boat and Motor Cruising handling from February to November, with shore based theory & navigation courses all year round.
Our fully equipped premises, based on the River Hamble lead onto the Solent, arguably the world’s best training area. Travel wise we are right by Junction 8 on the M27, 5 minutes from the M3 making us only an hour from West London, the home counties and Heathrow. Main line railway stations are 10 minutes away at Southampton Airport. Local accommodation is available if required.
We specialise in small group training, intensive and semi-intensive.
